我国的一个农业科研团队日前成功筛选出一个高效解硅菌株阿氏芽孢杆菌。这一菌株有助于农作物提高吸收土壤中硅元素的效力，这项研究对提高农作物产量、改善品质、增强抗病性以及土壤修复等方面功效显著，在减肥增效和农业绿色发展中具有巨大的应用前景。

硅是农作物所需的一种营养元素，可以提高粮食作物及茄果类蔬菜的产量和品质，对提高农作物的抗病性也有很好的效果。但是常规的硅肥产品被农作物吸收利用效率低，科研人员由此希望找到对土壤中的硅元素进行分解、从而提高硅元素吸收率的新路径。这项研究发现，阿氏芽孢杆菌可以高效分解土壤中的硅元素，实现不施或少施硅肥就能增产增效的目标。

项目团队牵头人、中国微生物学会农业微生物学专业委员会委员康耀卫博士组织的科研团队采集了全国10个省份、16个市县的土样，从20多万株微生物群体中筛选出206株具有解硅功能的微生物，阿氏芽孢杆菌就是其中之一。

据中国农科院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员、中国微生物学会农业微生物学专业委员会主任李俊介绍，此次分离筛选的阿氏芽孢杆菌解硅生物活性优于其他菌株，已批准为专利保护菌株，并获得了农业农村部微生物菌剂产品登记证，即将进入商品化生产阶段。（据新华社）
